A nova série de dispositivos RB1100AHx4 usa um novo chip Cortex A15 quad core da Annapurna labs, uma empresa da Amazon. O chip tem clock de 1,4 GHz, para um rendimento máximo de até 7,5 Gbit.
Dois modelos estão disponíveis, com a edição RB1100AHx4 Dude apresentando vários conectores de armazenamento de alta velocidade (dois SATA e dois M.2) para usar um banco de dados Dude, cache de proxy ou qualquer outro recurso intensivo de armazenamento.
